Recent and current evaluation projects include:
For the Economic and Social Research Council – an evaluation of the ten-year Teaching and Learning Research Programme - the impact of the programme on teaching and learning policy and practice. Methodology: Document research, surveying and case studying.
For the National College (for Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services) – an ongoing three-year evaluation of the School Business Managers programme – impact assessment to help steer, shape and improve the programme, and how the evolving programme meets emergent public policy needs. Methodology: survey, documentary and MI review, case studies.
For UKCES; Investors in People New Choices - how the new approach to IIP has altered organisations’ approaches. Methodology: Literature and MI review, surveying and case studying.
For Skills for Care and Skills for Health - impact assessment and evaluation of new training materials – assessment of behaviour change of workers providing support to carers and identifying change. Methodology: Surveys of staff and carers, formative and summative focus groups and data review.
