HOST Policy Research: The Team
Alison Kennedy
Alison has eight years’ experience of a wide variety of research techniques and in the collation and analysis of quantitative management and monitoring information and statistical analysis of achievements at a programme and project level.
She has experience of the evaluation of regeneration projects, encompassing a detailed analysis of expenditure outputs and outcomes leading to profiling of the success of programmes and projects against their original targets, as well as identifying the softer outcomes that are often an important element of community based projects and linking these to the harder statistics.
Alison has developed innovative Performance Measurement Frameworks for many organisations. She has undertaken the detailed mapping of the provision of services and support for many schemes and organisations across the UK, she has reviewed the monitoring of data across many key agencies, and developed framework tools for the rationalisation of these processes and exploring avenues for partnership working and information sharing between organisations.
Alison is currently working towards an accreditation in the analysis of Social Return on Investment (SROI).
Alison is married with a grown up son. She enjoys literature, cryptic crosswords and spending time in rural France.
